The community of Rossmoor was developed over a 30-plus-year span.
Numerous neighborhoods are spread throughout the valley, around the 27 holes of golf,
and in the hillsides, all with different architectural styles, character and price ranges.
There are four different types of housing available: co-ops, condominiums,
single-family homes and congregate living.

Co-ops

Residents living in Rossmoor’s co-ops are stockholders and members
of a housing corporation and have renewable and resalable rights
to occupy a specific dwelling unit.

Condominiums

Residents living in condominiums hold title to all living space within
the dwelling unit from the inside walls inward, plus an individual
interest in all the common property within the Mutual.

Single-Family Homes

Rossmoor's Horsemans Canyon Neighborhood, nestled in the hills and surrounded by open space, has 63 single-family homes.
