The Creekside Project, Phases 1 and 2, was approved by the GRF Board on July 30, 2009. The attached site plans show the two phases that will be constructed. Building A is in Phase 1 and includes golf course equipment storage and office for the golf course maintenance crew, Security and the bar codes. Building B, also in Phase 1, includes a golf cart barn and offices for the Rossmoor News and Channel 28. Building C, in Phase 2, includes several meeting room, the Pro Shop, a cafe and a commercial kitchen. Both phases will be built at the same time.
