Golden Rain Foundation:

The Golden Rain Foundation is a nonprofit corporation formed for the primary purposes of sponsoring the formation of housing associations referred to as Mutual Corporations or Mutuals within Rossmoor and to hold in trust for the Mutuals all the community-owned facilities. In its capacity as trustee, the Foundation is authorized to provide community facilities and services to the residents of the community.

 
 
 
     
 
     
 
Board of Directors:
The Golden Rain Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of nine directors elected by popular vote.
To maintain continuity on the Board, each director is elected for a three-year term and the terms are staggered so that three directors are elected each year. Although directors must reside within the district in which they are elected, they are elected to represent the interests of all members of the Foundation and not solely the interests of the members of their district.

The Board of Directors holds regular business meetings on the last Thursday of each month at 9:00am in Peacock Hall at Gateway. The meetings are open to all residents.
