The Resident and Administrative Services Department, located in the Administration Office at Gateway Complex, provides a variety of services to the residents and the governing board of directors, such as:
- Issues permanent and special identification cards to residents
- Has available an array of information, such as the Rossmoor amenities and services, for residents
- Registers owners
- Maintains records on resale and new sale homes
- Processes lease and sublease agreements
