Bus transportation limited Thursday and Friday; Fitness Center closed Thursday

(Wednesday, Nov. 23): The upcoming holidays will impact bus service and the Fitness Center in Rossmoor.

Bus service

Bus transportation will be limited Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25, because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Buses will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.

To schedule a ride for either day, call Dial-A-Bus at 1-925-988-7676 on Wednesday, Nov. 23, during regular business hours.

Limited-service days will include downtown service times of 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Fitness Center

The Tice Creek Fitness Center will be closed or have reduced hours because of upcoming holidays.

The schedule will be as follows:

Wednesday, Nov. 23 – closes at 4 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 24 – closed all day for Thanksgiving

Saturday, Dec. 24 – closes at 1 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 25 – closed all day for Christmas

Saturday, Dec. 31 – closes at 1 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 1 – closed all day for News Year’s

Golf Shop

The Golf Shop will close early on Thursday, Nov. 24. The hours will be 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with rentals due back by 4 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 25 hours will be normal.
