With the Fireside Room still closed, Comcast representatives have moved their Q& A table events online.
“Since we are unable to physically interact at the moment, to continue serving your community we are offering virtual events,” said Brent Harrah, a new build/bulk account executive from Comcast.
Residents can schedule an appointment between 10 a.m. and noon every Tuesday through Thursday until the Fireside Lobby reopens. They just need to go online to https://tinyurl.com/ufscnku, pick their desired day and book one of the available 20-minute time slots. If a day is completely booked, residents will need to select another day.
Once the day is selected, residents will receive email them a link that will bring them into a Zoom meeting with Harrah, who will try to assist them.
