Residents could experience service outages through May 16

(Tuesday, May 9) Between now and May 16, Xfinity will be upgrading Rossmoor to its 10g network. This work might result in residents losing Comcast service for a few hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day.

The upgrade means residents soon will have higher internet speeds.

Xfinity representatives said they are emailing all Comcast account holders in Rossmoor about the outage and putting door hanger notifications on manors.

Manors might experience more than one outage on different days during the upgrade.
