In an Emergency, Residents Are Responsible for Evacuating Themselves.

Rossmoor Walnut Creek is not a first response agency and cannot authorize an evacuation, but it will provide resources to assist first responders and civil authorities in their disaster response and recovery needs.
Each resident must be prepared and capable of self-evacuation. This includes:
