Resident Services Representative

The Recreation department of Rossmoor Walnut Creek is looking for an individual to join their department as a Resident Services Representative. This position provides a variety of administrative and customer service duties for the Community Services and Administration Departments, serving residents of Rossmoor, non-residents and staff. Ensures efficient and courteous service, both in person, via email, and over the phone. Provides administrative support to Senior Management and Community Services Staff, and performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position (40/hrs week) with full RWC benefits including vacation and sick pay, health insurance, and a 401k with a matching component.

Bus Driver

The Transportation Department at Rossmoor Walnut Creek has an opening for an experienced bus driver to join our transportation team. Respond to requests and schedules OnDemand and Paratransit bus services for residents. Maintains database of ride requests, completed rides, paratransit applications, etc. This position will also cross-train to assist in transit dispatcher.

This is a Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Union position with full medical benefits and retirement plan through Local 324 AFL-CIO.
