Service Order Specialist

This position answers resident phone calls and emails to resolve maintenance, landscaping and pest control issues; creates associated work orders; performs data entry using CRM and/or ERP systems to maintain records, notes & billing; schedules and dispatches technicians and contractors to perform work. This is a full-time (40/hrs week) benefits eligible position including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual and 401(k) with match.

Bus Driver

The Transportation Department at Rossmoor Walnut Creek has an opening for an experienced bus driver to join our transportation team. Respond to requests and schedules OnDemand and Paratransit bus services for residents. Maintains database of ride requests, completed rides, paratransit applications, etc. This position will also cross-train to assist in transit dispatcher.

This is a Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Union position with full medical benefits and retirement plan through Local 324 AFL-CIO.
