Rossmoor Walnut Creek offers something rare: two walkable NCGA-rated golf courses exclusively for residents. Our flagship 18-hole Dollar Ranch Course, designed by Robert Muir Graves, offers moderate elevation changes and stunning surroundings. The Creekside Course designed by Desmond Muirhead provides a flatter, more walkable 9-hole experience.

The par-72 Dollar Ranch Course features challenges with its tree corridors and water hazards but also offers four sets of NCGA-rated tees to accommodate all skill levels. Moderate elevation changes and elevated greens provide close-up views of Rossmoor's beautiful surroundings while still making this a walkable course.

Creekside Course
The Creekside Course offers a completely different experience with a comfortably walkable 9-hole par-36 layout on the valley floor. Players will find four NCGA-rated tees here, too. Tice Creek meanders through both courses but is most in play here, on its namesake, coming into play on several holes to add both beauty and strategic interest.
