🎾 Tennis

Nestled in the buckeye groves for which it's named, the Buckeye Tennis Complex features eight regulation-size hard courts, viewing stands, a ball machine and backboard. The complex also includes a fully equipped barbeque entertainment area that seats 50.

Rossmoor Tennis Club hosts clinics, men's and women's teams for league play, wildcard tournaments and social events, including summer BBQs and special parties.

🏓 Pickleball

Currently, pickleball is played on three outdoor courts at the Creekside Complex and on two shared indoor courts in the Tice Creek Fitness Center gym. In summer 2026, a newly constructed six-court facility behind the Event Center is scheduled to open for outdoor play.

Rossmoor Pickleball Club hosts free clinics, new member meetings and mentor programs, morning drill sessions, Hit and Giggle Social Tournaments, summer picnics and Grill & Chills and an annual Pickleball Gala.

🎱 Billiards

The dedicated Billiards Room at the Gateway Complex features one snooker table and six 9-foot pool tables, including a professional-grade Diamond Pro-Am table and all the ancillary equipment required to play. The room is open daily for all residents to play.

The Billiards Club hosts 8-ball and 9-ball tournaments, skills workshops and social gatherings. One member also offers one-on-one mentoring.

⚽ Bocce Ball

Tucked into the hills above Sportsmen’s Park are three regulation bocce courts, which are open for play from April through October. Residents provide their own equipment unless it’s a club-sponsored event.

The popular Bocce Club, which has a waitlist for membership, offers league play, tournaments and social events.

🎳 Lawn Bowling

Three championship lawn bowling greens are the centerpiece of Hillside Clubhouse. The Lawn Bowling Club offers organized play and competitions, as well as twice weekly free classes that are required for the certification needed to play on the greens.

Because the greens are real grass and require regular maintenance, they are open Tuesday through Sunday on a rotating basis. Daily Draw is held three times a week.

A dedicated Table Tennis Building at the Hillside Complex features five regulation table tennis tables, a mini kitchen and social area that is perfectly designed for casual and tournament play. The facility is available for both open and club play.

The Table Tennis Club holds matches and tournaments and holds robot trainer classes a couple times a week.
