Bus Driver

The Transportation Department at Rossmoor Walnut Creek has an opening for an experienced bus driver to join our transportation team. Respond to requests and schedules OnDemand and Paratransit bus services for residents. Maintains database of ride requests, completed rides, paratransit applications, etc. This position will also cross-train to assist in transit dispatcher.

This is a Full-time (40 hrs/wk) Union position with full medical benefits and retirement plan through Local 324 AFL-CIO.

Group Fitness Instructor

GC Superintendent

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, conditioning, and presentation of a 27-hole golf course facility, including all golf course playing surfaces, practice areas, landscaped grounds, irrigation systems, lakes, and related infrastructure. The Superintendent plans, directs, and supervises all golf course maintenance operations to provide exceptional playing conditions while maintaining fiscal responsibility, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. They are also responsible for overall maintenance of a 3-green lawn bowling facility.

Lifeguard

Rossmoor Walnut Creek is recruiting lifeguards to work at our 3 beautiful pool complexes located in the gated residential community.

This position enforces facility regulations, policies and procedures; monitors swimmer and non-swimmer activities in pool areas; performs assigned maintenance in accordance with policies and procedures. This is a Part-time On-Call position, up to 19 hours a week, with no RWC benefits.

Mechanical/Electrical Technician

Duties of the Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician may include inspection, repairs, and replacement as necessary of minor mechanical and electrical components, utilizing working knowledge of electrical, breakers, outlets, switches. Also requires some knowledge of furnaces, AC equipment, lighting, plumbing and appliance repair support, as necessary. Performs annual home/building compliance inspection services as directed. Performs related tasks as assigned falling within the purview of the Managing Supervisor.
