Julianna has a special passion for helping seniors and their families during times of transition. Julianna is both SRES and Green certified by the National Association of REALTORS®. Born in Japan, she immigrated to the United States at age eight and is fluent in Japanese and conversational in Mandarin.

When she isn’t working, Julianna enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart—whom she married in 2000—cheering on her two children, and caring for her beloved backyard chickens. You can often find her on the Lafayette-Moraga Trail with her pit bull/terrier rescue.
