I first began selling real estate in Rossmoor in the late 1980s out of sheer necessity when “Lamorinda” homeowners wanted to sell “the big house” but needed a viable destination before they would even consider such a major change. For many reasons, Rossmoor was a clear option, and I quickly became very comfortable with representing clients in this unique community. Frankly, it was both fun and profitable.
Why hire me now? I’m both responsive and patient, and I’m known to bring humor to the table. I am tenacious, and I am knowledgeable about the nuances of the many areas behind the gate. I am known by colleagues to be a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator for my clients. My integrity is unmatched, and I always put the interests of my clients first. And, yes, experience does matter. I have been a residential Realtor for over 35 years, helping buyers, sellers, and investors with their important real estate objectives.
Regarding service to our community, I am proud to be a founding member of and frequent public speaker for Neighbors For Safer Streets, an organization that grew from the need to heighten both pedestrian and driver safety awareness in our community after tragic events occurred in 2022 on our private roads. My friends in this group have dubbed me The Tice Creek Survivor. To quote the famous 19th-century German philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche, “That which does not kill us makes us stronger.”
