Monday, July 8 (9:00 a.m.): The Recreation and Aquatics Department are partnering to offer an Intergenerational Mermaids and Pirates Pool Party on Saturday, July 13 at the Hillside pool. Participants can sign up to attend from 11 am to 12:20 pm or 12:40 pm to 2 pm.  Come join in on the summer fun with your grandkids. There will be pool games with prizes and of course mermaids and pirates! There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is required for children that will be playing and swimming with the mermaids. Lunch will be available and can be pre-purchased for $5. Lunch includes a hot dog, chips, cookie and a cool beverage. Meal registration is required for children and adults who would like a meal.  To register for a meal ticket and to reserve a spot for children who will interact with the mermaids please call the Recreation Department at 925-988-7703, e-mail eybarra@rossmoor.com, or sign up online at Rossmoor.com through the MyRossmoor portal. Event registration is limited to 50 children per session and event registration is only required for children. Only pool noodles and coast guard approved life vests are allowed in the pool.
