Monday, Sept. 9 (4:30 p.m.): The Board of Directors and the Finance Committee will hold a joint meeting to discuss the 2025 Budget on Sept.10 and 11, starting at 9 a.m. each day. The meeting will take place in the Fireside Room and will also be accessible via Zoom for remote participants.

The budget meeting will provide recommendations for the operating budget, which will determine the GRF portion of the coupon that residents will pay next year. The GRF Board will vote to approve the budget at its regular Board meeting on Thursday, Sept. 26.
