Full closure planned for stretch of Tice Creek Drive

(Sept. 11, 2024): Motorists should be prepared for delays because of a slurry seal project on several Rossmoor roads that began Tuesday.

The seal work will be performed in the following areas:

• Tice Creek Drive, between Rossmoor Parkway and Avenida Sevilla (full closure)
• Singingwood Court, between Entry 4 and cul-de-sac (one lane open with flag person)
• Tice Creek Drive, between Golden Rain Road and Comstock Drive (one lane open with flag person)
