(Friday, May 31) Walnut Creek Police issued an alert Friday afternoon for a missing Rossmoor resident, Phillip Jenkins.
Jenkins, 94, was seen driving in Rossmoor in a red 2015 Ford Mustang — license 7KZS676 — at 9 a.m. The vehicle was last seen on a traffic camera on San Ramon Valley Road in San Ramon around 11:30 a.m. Friday.
The silver alert listed Jenkins as 5 feet tall and 130 pounds with gray hair and green eyes. He was reportedly wearing tan pants and white and blue New Balance shoes when he went missing.
