New Stickers & Instructions

Here’s how you can start charging once the new Wevo stickers are in place:

  1. Scan the QR code on the charger sticker using your phone’s camera.
  2. You’ll be prompted to verify your phone number and enter your credit card information for payment.
  3. Begin charging! Your session will start once your info is confirmed.

Rates & Fees

The charging rates will remain unchanged.
The transaction fee will decrease from 9% (Shell Recharge) to 6% with Wevo Energy.

Regular Charger Users

If you frequently charge your vehicle at Rossmoor, we recommend you register for a
Wevo user account and request a free Wevo RFID card.

Why register?

  • Your RFID card still works to start charging even if a charger is offline.
  • Your account and card are linked, making sessions quick and easy.

How to Register

    1. Click this following link to complete your registration:
      Wevo Sign Up
(Please make sure you complete the Payment section of the Wevo mobile app.)
    2. Request free Wevo RFID card: Once registered, email CETO&M@PGE.COM to request a free Wevo RFID card. Please include your physical address information, and PG&E will mail you a Wevo RFID card.
