Resident & Admin Services
The Resident and Administrative Services Department, located in the Administration Office at Gateway Complex, provides a variety of services to the residents and the governing board of directors, such as:
- providing information about Rossmoor amenities and services
- registering owners
- maintaining records on resale and new sale homes
- processing lease and sublease agreements
The Rossmoor Services office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
