Residents with maintenance, landscaping or pest control issues can reach the Order Desk at Mutual Operations by telephone at (925) 988-7650 during the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Outside of these times, a message can be left that will be returned the following business day.

If you are experiencing an emergency outside of working hours, please call Public Safety at  925-988-7899 and after-hours staff can be arranged to address the problem.

Residents may also email a request for exterior work that does not require an appointment to workorder@rossmoor.com
