I have been a state licensed contractor for 40-plus years with an emphasis in hillside design and construction, site stability, seismic safety, energy efficiency (LEED as today), landscaping, forensic deficiency, and insurance claims in the Los Angeles area. Throughout my carrier, I always made decisions based on solid standards, cost efficiency, honesty and humanity.
We moved to Rossmoor for its beautiful landscaping, convenient facilities and variety of activities to enrich our retired life. Our 60-year-old community has had its fair share of wear and tear; I look to bring cost-effective remedies to avoid expensive surprises in the future.
My goals as a RWC Director
Collaborating with RWC Board members’ analytic experiences, management and staff’s efforts to achieve more benefits for Rossmoor members.
Adding the residents’ professional talents to enhance Board decision making.
Assist potential resolution of resident’s problems in District A
I commit myself to understanding finance, planning and community issues that other directors have been facing in the past.
