GRF District A
I was born and raised in San Francisco and moved to Rossmoor 12 years ago when I retired. Much of my work life was in public education as a classroom teacher, teacher trainer and program director. I am a self-starter with success in communication and program management in diverse communities. I am known for developing systems and procedures that make work environments pleasant, efficient places for people to be. I am honored to be chosen as a Board member. I believe my skills will be of benefit to the Rossmoor community.
My goals as a GRF Director
As Board members, we are tasked with maintaining and improving GRF assets and services, while balancing our responses to the current challenges of water shortage, wildfire, aging infrastructure, rising costs and social, environmental and economic uncertainties. As we navigate this balancing act, my goal is to be a steadying influence on the coupon. In service to this goal, I will listen, study, reflect and vote on measures that are fiscally responsible and of benefit to the community as a whole.
