Gateway Complex is the hub of activity in Rossmoor with its large clubhouse that includes a social gathering spot called the Redwood Room, Library, Computer Center and large card room; event space called the Fireside Room, art and hobby studios and meeting rooms. It is also home to the Recreation Department, Board offices and Counseling Services. In addition, Gateway has a 150-seat theater, called Peacock Hall, to enjoy films and lectures.
